I ordered two oils and only received one oil which was a completely different oil than what I ordered. I emailed them and still haven’t received a response!

Horrible customer service! Placed an order, finally shipped after a while only to check the tracking to state the “address was incomplete” and could not be delivered. On the confirmation page I had all my information correct. I contacted them to request them to contact USPS to fix the issue or see what’s happening, I sent them the tracking to make things easier. they replied the next day to tell me the package was delivered (May 5th) and sent me the same tracking I had provided them, taking no note of my request. The package had indeed been delivered, to THEIR address RTS. No answer as to when the package would be reshipped, I asked if they could please contact USPS to ensure the same issue does not reoccur and they gave me a refund...just oh here you go, we don’t care for your business”. Horrible customer service

Great imitation perfume at the fraction of price. Every whiners in the reviews are complaining about their customer service- not sure what you need their help for so much when you just order and expect the item in a week (I'm a California resident). Their perfumes are not 100% accurate to original scents but very close. We all know you're too broke to get the real deal so let's not complain how it's not exactly like the original ones...

Rubbish terrible the scent has nothing to do with the original ones it is good for salad probably if you want to smell like a cheap barber shop go for it.shame on you! You sale crap

I've tried 7 oils. A few of them were perfumes I own or have sampled before. They were all very close to the original for ones I've tried before. Some have notes that fade quicker or they fall a little flatter from being an oil vs being sprayed on (guessing). Just got two oils today from them and no problems with getting them in FL.

Wish I saw the reviews here before.. Terrible customer service. Waited 3 weeks with no updates and no package and then started trying to contact them. No response to any emails, they did respond on Instagram saying they would look into but then nothing. Finally emailed them asking for a refund if they couldn't provide any updates. A refund was almost immediately processed (so clearly they were getting the emails, just not responding). I actually would have been willing to wait if they could have bothered responding to my emails or Instagram messages. Over 4 weeks later at least I have a refund but no explanation as to why they never sent my perfume - do not recommend, not worth the hassle

Non existent customer service ... took so long to reply and once I got the reply they did not help or answer my questions. The parcel took months to arrive. Would not order from them again.

Thanks for the refund, but.... my parcel NEVER ARRIVED and no explanation. Good products but some logistics issues two orders in a row. Don't know if I'm just unlucky or what. The only shipping option is with Canada Post at a premium cost of $10 which one would expect to take less than 3-4 weeks within the GTA. It's unfortunate.
EDIT: great products and star rating changed from 3 to 4 because items finally arrived more than 4 weeks late and a refund accompanied. Just wish this hadn't happened to me twice in a row as they were supposed to be Xmas gifts.

Never received my oils, asked for a refund and customer service will not respond. I have sent several emails to no avail. Brutal Customer service and no refunds

I wish i found them earlier, i would have saved 1000s
